Band Camp takes place a little bit more than a week before classes begin on the UD campus every fall semester.

It is critical that you arrive in good physical condition - be sure to utilize the UDMB Summer Conditioning Program you will receive upon acceptance to the UDMB!

BAND PRE-SEASON TRAINING CAMP: AUGUST 16 - 25

All members of the UDMB arrive for Band Pre-Season Training Camp on the same day, at the same time (with the exception of Student AD & Field Staff members).  

​Specific details will be emailed to all members once specifics are provided by the University.

Band Pre-Season Training Camp is mandatory for all members - no exceptions!  Once you arrive for band camp you stay for the duration. 

 ​If you will not be residing on campus during the academic year you will need to commute--it is critical that you understand these are LONG days (8am - 11pm).
