​Event Description: The University of Delaware CMS Oboe and Bassoon Reed Making Seminar is a half-day workshop designed to introduce Middle and High School students to reed making. Led by professors Erin Banholzer and Zachary Feingold, Adjunct Professor of Oboe and Bassoon at the University of Delaware, students will learn about blank tying, scraping, and basic reed adjusting. This seminar is for students who are new to reed making, or those who wish to improve their reed making technique.
The first ten students of each instrument to register for this event will attend for free! After the first 10 students per instrument (oboe and bassoon), tuition is $25/student.

Cost:
- Free registration for the first 10 oboe students and first 10 bassoon students who enroll!
- Once the first 10 spots are filled per instrument, registration is $25 per student
- Note: Students must provide their own tools/supplies.
