Concert Program Instructions

Guidelines for Event Programs - Fall 2022:

Programs for Student and Faculty/ Guest Artist Recitals: Programs will now be hosted online, accessed via QR code.

Programs for Major Ensembles and Paid Ticket Concerts: We ask that conductors kindly use resources prudently, truncate the printed material as much as possible to include the program, personnel, and text in the case of a choral ensemble.

For extended program notes, a QR code will be printed in the program that will lead any interested audience member to a pdf that may contain as much information as desired.

Programs should be sent 3 weeks in advance of events.


All programs may be submitted in .pdf format via email to musicevents@udel.edu. For student recitals, programs must be approved and submitted by the instructor of record. For faculty and guest artist recitals, programs must be submitted by the sponsoring faculty member.​
