Time: 2:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. for the first five registrants. If more than five enroll, a 2nd class will be opened from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

The University of Delaware CMS Oboe Reed Making
Seminar is a half-day workshop designed to introduce Middle and High
School students to reed making. Led by Dr. Erin Banholzer, Adjunct
Professor of Oboe at the University of Delaware, students will learn
about blank tying, scraping, and basic reed adjusting. This seminar is
for students who are new to reed making, or those who wish to improve
their reed making technique.
The first ten students to register for this event will attend for free! After the first 10 students, tuition is $30/student. ​
Cost:
Free registration for the first 10 students who enroll!
Once the first 10 spots are filled, registration is $30 per student
Note: Students must provide their own tools/supplies.
Reed Making Supplies:
Participants are required to have their own reed making tools and supplies.
